Tai-Tea: Born out of both pain and divine purpose.
What began as a season of deep grief and uncertainty became a divine awakening. Following the sudden loss of my mother and a life-altering autoimmune diagnosis, I found myself navigating overwhelming anxiety, physical pain, and emotional exhaustion.
Initially, I followed the standard path—prescription medications and routine check-ins. But after months without progress, I felt called to seek a different way. I turned to natural healing and connected with a holistic doctor who guided me through a complete wellness transformation. We changed my diet. We introduced daily herbal rituals. And within 90 days, my labs were normal—and I was off all medications.
During this time, I battled with anxiety and depression. In the quiet moments of prayer and daily devotion, tea blending, and reconnection with nature, I found peace. I found myself. I found God. These sacred rituals became my therapy—restoring not only my body, but my spirit and mind.
